We all like to go out to a nice restaurant and enjoy a meal that is cooked by somebody else. For some reason, food that is cooked in a restaurant seems to taste better than if you cooked it at home. To sum it up, eating out will make you fat. The average American eats out around five times a week. Restaurants usually always put way too much food on your plate, and many offer all you can eat buffets. How can you not gain weight doing this? Soon restaurants will be required by law to provide labeling and calorie information on menus to help consumers make better choices when eating out.
